I woke up by the sound of my neighbor (Carlijn), who was already leaving at 8 in the Morning (we had slept at Melanie's place), and then I tried to sleep a little longer but Melanie's roommates were doing all sorts of things and when they finally left I had to get up as well because the floor wasn't that comfortable after all ... I went home and had lunch with the Phans (my host family), and in the afternoon I had to organize a lot of things and rehearse for our meeting at 5pm that afternoon, where we were going to present the second version of the workshop.
I'll tell you my schedule for this week and the next : We're leaving tomorrow morning for Mui Ne (about five hours from HCMC, and it's at the Ocean, there are a lot of nice beaches and sand dunes etc.), and then I'll go back to HCMC on Friday early in the morning to catch my flight at 11:30am to Siem Reap, Cambodia. I'll spend three nights there to see Angkor Wat, an ancient temple complex. In fact it is the world's largest religious building ! I heard heard so much about it, I think I couldn't go back to Europe without having seen it once ! During the time I'll be in Cambodia, the AIESECers will have their two first workshops (too bad for me, I really wanted to participate!), but then next week, when the other interns are off, I'll be doing the promotion of our "Lead the Change Contest" in different universities.
So that's my program for the next days, so don't be impatient for my next posts, you'll see them soon enough, and I'll have loads of stories to tell !!
